Privacy policy
This site is a handful of static pages with one booking calendar on it. This page says plainly what is collected, by whom, and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
What is collected when you visit
The pages themselves collect nothing. There are no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, and the site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard request logs, which include IP addresses, to serve pages and defend against abuse. Vantical does not read, export or analyse them. Vercel's handling of them is covered by its own privacy policy.
Booking a call
The booking calendar on the home page is a third party widget from GoHighLevel, loaded from leadconnectorhq.com. When you book it collects your name, email address and phone number, plus anything you type into it, and it may set its own cookies inside its frame.
Those details land in Vantical's GoHighLevel account and are used to run the call you booked: the confirmation, a reminder, and any follow up about it. GoHighLevel is a United States company, so booking details may be stored and processed outside Australia, under its own privacy policy.
Your details are not sold, rented or passed to anyone else, and you are not added to a marketing list by booking a call.

If you email or ring the number on this site, your message and contact details are held so the enquiry can be answered, and for as long as the conversation stays live. Nothing more.
Asking what is held about you
You can ask what Vantical holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, including anything sitting in the booking system. Email hello@vantical.com.au or ring 0495 032 342 and it will be done, not argued with.
